Obsahem teoretické části jsou právní předpisy, které se zabývají problematikou povodní. Práce vymezuje pojmy v oblasti povodní, zabývá se jejich typy a příčinami jejich vzniku. Dále se věnuje problematice organizace ochrany před povodněmi. Zabývá se tedy povodňovými orgány, ochranou obyvatelstva při povodních a na závěr také záchrannými pracemi, do kterých spadají taktéž likvidační práce po povodni …more
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the issue of flooding. First, the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the flood legal framework. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the management of flood protection. It, therefore, deals with the authorities' role regarding flooding and the issue of population protection, rescue work, and subsequent liquidation work.
