Analysis of Pensionary Reform

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou naší důchodové reformy. Zaměřuje se zejména na analýzu nedostatků předchozího důchodového systému v České republice, vysvětluje fungování nového systému tří pilířů -- průběžného systému s jeho riziky, důchodového spoření včetně fungování penzijních společností a důchodových fondů, doplňkového penzijního spoření. Analyzuje také konkrétní způsoby výplat důchodů v jednotlivých pilířích. Zabývá se také dopady důchodové reformy na penzijní připojištění. Cílem je na praktických příkladech ukázat rozdíly ve výši naspořených prostředků v prvním a druhém pilíři a výnosnost doplňkového penzijního spoření po provedené důchodové reformě. Přínosem práce je zvýšení informovanosti veřejnosti a podpora důvěry v nově zavedený důchodový systém.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to analysis of our pensionary reform. Its first part is oriented to analysis of weak points of previous pensionary system in the Czech Republic and in next part it explains functioning of the new system of three pensionary pillars. The first pillar is continually one which inevitably contains some risks, the second one which is nicknamed pensionary saving and here is analysed functioning of pensionary companies and pensionary funds, too, and also the third pillar -- additional pensionary saving is included as constituent part of this analysis. The effects of pensionary reform on supplementary pensionary savings are also integral parts of this analysis. Another goal of this analysis is both to show with the help of empirical examples the differences in the achieved level of accumulated financial resources from the first and second pillar, and to illustrate profitability of the additional pensionary saving in relation to implemented pensionary reform. Important intentional contribution of this thesis is to enhance level of public information comprehension and stimulate trust of general public to newly implemented pensionary system in our country.
