Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu podnikatelského záměru – založení soukromé mateřské školy v Praze. Práce soustředí svou pozornost na prozatím fiktivní založení mateřské školy, a následné vyhodnocení jejího nejvýhodnějšího způsobu financování, a zajištění jejího konkurenceschopného postavení. Cílem této práce je formulovat a popsat, jakým náležitostem je nutné věnovat pozornost při praktickém založení předškolního zařízení. Práce má dále za cíl přiblížit a inspirovat podnikatele k aktivnímu zájmu o oblast předškolního vzdělávání a k případnému založení mateřské školy v jejich okolí. Teoretická část se věnuje vysvětlení základních pojmů, které jsou poté použity v praktické části práce. Na základě zjištěných poznatků a praktické ukázky má potenciální investor k dispozici návod, jak postupovat při založení soukromé mateřské školy v adaptaci na místní podmínky ve svém okolí.

Abstract:

The main theme of this diploma thesis is the drafting of a proposal for a business plan – the foundation of a private nursery school in Prague. The work focuses on the fictional founding of the private nursery school and the next evaluation of the best way of financing method and its competitive position. The aim of this work is to formulate and describe the particularities that need to be addressed in the practical establishment of pre-school facilities. The aim of the work is to bring the entrepreneur to an active interest in the field of pre-school education and to establish a private nursery school in their vicinity. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the basic concepts, which are then used in the practical part of the thesis. On the basis of the findings and practical demonstrations, the potential investor is provided with instructions on how to proceed with the establishment of a nursery school in an adaptation to local conditions in their vicinity.
