Examining the possibility of replacing the import oil in a compressor of oxygen filling station for oil of domestic producer

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením vhodnosti náhrady v současnosti používaného oleje v kompresoru kyslíkové plnicí stanice za olej, který je komerčně dostupný v rámci České republiky. Úvodní část diplomové práce je zaměřená na objasnění základního fungování leteckého pozemního zabezpečení v AČR, dále se zde popisuje konkrétní technika leteckého pozemního zabezpečení a její části. Tato kapitola také analyzuje současný stav řešeného problému. Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá fyzikálními vlastnostmi olejů, tribotechnickými metodami zkoušení těchto vlastností a jejich využitím v praxi. V praktické části jsou uvedeny metodiky ze zkoušek a testů vlastností jak stávající kapaliny, tak i náhradního oleje a závěrečné vyhodnocení výsledků zkoušek s následnou diskusí o vhodnosti náhrady stávajícího oleje. Poslední část diplomové práce posuzuje řešenou výměnu oleje z hlediska ekonomické rentability. Posuzuje klady a zápory jednotlivých návazných faktorů náhrady stávajícího oleje. Závěr diplomové práce sumarizuje a hodnotí návrhy, které vyšly z výsledků zkoušek a testů stávajícího a náhradního oleje. Uvádí se zde všechny výhody, které může navrhované řešení přinést.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the assessment of the suitability of substitution of the currently used oil in a compressor of oxygen filling station for new oil, which is commercially available within the Czech Republic. The introductory chapter of the thesis is aimed at clarifying the duties of ground support service in the Czech Air Forces, as well as the specific ground support equipment and its part. This chapter also analyzes the current state of the problem. The thesis deals with the physical properties of oils, tribotechnical methods of testing these properties and their use in practice. In the practical chapter of the thesis are presented the methodologies from the test of properties of both these oils and the final results of the test with discussion about the suitability of replacement of the oil. The last part of the thesis assesses the oil replacement in terms of economic profitability. It assesses the pros and cons of each of the related factors of replacing the oil. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes and evaluates the proposals, which came out of the results of tests of both oils. Here are all the benefits the proposed solution can bring.
