Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a rozborem jednotlivých rizik v pojištění majetku a odpovědnosti se zaměřením na pojištění podnikatelských rizik. Věnuje se definicím těchto rizik a rozborem výluk z pojištění. Zároveň upozorňuje na případy, na které se pojištění nevztahuje. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of individual perils in Property and Liability Insurance focusing on corporate and industrial insurance. The thesis pursues definitions of the perils and analysis of the insurance exclusions. At the same time the thesis refers the cases that are not covered by the insurance.
