Cílem této diplomové párce je zhodnocení obsáhlé problematiky osobnosti učitele v utváření zdravého sociálního prostředí ve třídě. V teoretické části práce je analyzována osobnost člověka obečně, dále osobnost učitele a zdravé socíální klima ve třídě. Textovou část doplňují četné přílohy originálních schémat. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the comprehensive issue of teacher´s personality in shaping of e healthy social environment in the classroom. The theoretical part is analyzed humen peronality in general, teacher peronality and a healthy social climate in the classroom. The annex is including numerous of original diagrams.
