Diagnosis of muscule imbalance in artistic gymnastics

Anotácia:

Práce se zabývá diagnostikováním svalových dysbalanci ve sportovní gymnastice. V úvodu je popsána gymnastika obecně. Stručné shrnutí historie gymnastiky a také morfologická a fyziologická analýza cvičení. Zdravotní aspekty sportovní gymnastiky a vliv na pohybový systém člověka. V teoretické části jsou informace o testované skupině. V praktické části je vyhodnocení všech testů jednotlivých cvičenců a následné shrnutí výsledků v diskuzi.

Abstract:

This work deals with the diagnosis of muscle imbalance in gymnastics. The introduction describes gymnastics in general. A brief summary of the history of gymnastics, as well as morphological and physiological analysis of exercise. Health aspects of gymnastics and musculoskeletal systems of humans. In the theoretical section provides information about the test group. In the practical part of the test is to evaluate all individual practitioners and the subsequent summary of the results of the discussion.
