Bank Loans Versus Non-bank Loans

Abstract:

Smyslem této diplomová práce je podat základní informace o tom, jaké vybrané bankovní a nebankovní společnosti poskytují služby. Téma, kterým se tato diplomová práce zabývá, je velice rozsáhlé a proto není hlavním cílem popsat do podrobností jednotlivé činnosti a služby jednotlivých bankovních a nebankovních společností, ale vysvětlit jejich podstatu a rizika, která jsou s nimi spojená, jak pro banku, tak pro klienta. Důležitá je hlavně ochrana spotřebitele před těmito riziky, tedy jak se jim vyhnout nebo je minimalizovat. Daná problematika je popsána jednoduchou formou pro snadné pochopení veřejnosti a případné užití v reálném životě.

Abstract:

The purpose of this dissertation it to submit the basic information about the services provided by selected banks and non-bank companies. The topic which this dissertation deals with is very extensive and therefore the main target is not the detailed description of particular activities and services of the individual banking and non-banking companies, but to explain their essence and the risks that are associated with them, both for the bank and the client. The important is mainly consumer protection against these risks, how to avoid them or minimize them. The issue is described in a single form for easy understanding of the public and potential use in real life.
