Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na smlouvy a především jejich typy. Cílem práce je rozšíření gramotnosti v tomto zaměření, jak z historického, tak z aktuálního hlediska. Podala jsem jednoduchý návod, jak smlouvu využít a vytvořit. Zaměřila jsem se na odklon, neboli dispozitivnost norem, která hraje velkou roli při tvorbě smluv. Bachelor thesis is focused on Agreements (Contracts), primarily on their types. Goal is to educate, from historical and aslo today’s standpoint. I showed an easy way to create and apply an Agreement (Contract) I focused on deflection and disposition of standards.
