Child as a Participant of the Civil Proceedings in the Cases of Domestic Violence
Abstract:
V diplomové práci se zabývám instituty sloužícími obětem domácího násilí k jejich ochraně, samotným domácím násilím a procesní způsobilostí v občanském soudním řízení. Předmětem mé práce je kriticky analyzovat předběžné opatření podle § 76b občanského soudního řádu, vykázání podle zákona o Policii ČR a zákon o rodině.
Abstract:
This diploma work analyzes institutes t that help to protect victims of domestic violence. Domestic violence as such and legal capacity of participants in legal proceedings are also described in this work. The goal of this work is to critically analyze the preventive measure in accordance with § 76b of Civil Trial Act, banishing the aggressor in accordance with the Police Act and the Family Act.
