Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza organizovaného zločinu v České republice z pohledu platné právní úpravy i z pohledu úvah de lege ferenda. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována právním prostředkům sloužícím v boji s organizovanou kriminalitou, institutu korunního svědka a mezinárodněprávní úpravě.
Abstract:
The point of the thesis is the organised crime in the Czech Republic analyses on the legislation perspective and on the account of de lege ferenda.
