Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postavením notáře jako soudního komisaře v rámci pozůstalostního řízení v České republice. Autorka se v diplomové práci zabývá současnou právní úpravou práv a povinností notáře jako soudního komisaře. This master thesis deals with the position of the notary as a court commissioner in the framework of probate proceedings in the Czech Republic. In her thesis, the author deals with the current legal regulation of the rights and duties of the notary as a court commissioner.
