Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce věnuje pozornost problematice výběru vhodné varianty právní formy provozování Městského divadla Zlín, příspěvkové organizace. Teoretická část práce objas-ňuje čtenáři základní principy a zákonitosti fungování příspěvkové organizace a shrnuje základní poznatky o možných právních formách. Praktická část je zaměřena nejprve na analýzu fungování stávající příspěvkové organizace především po stránce personální a ekonomické. Součástí analytické části je rovněž stručná analýza přípustných právních forem a vyhodnocení nejvhodnější varianty. Na analytickou část plynule navazuje část pro-jektová, která popisuje transformaci Městského divadla Zlín na společnost s ručením ome-zeným a zhodnocuje přínosy a úskalí tohoto přechodu.

Abstract:

This theses pays attention to the selection of appropriate juristic form concerning the run-ning of MDZ, allowance organization. The theroretical part provides the reader with the basic principles and functional regularities of allowance organization and sums up basic knowledge of the possible legal forms. The practical part is focused first on analyzing the function of the current allowance organization, mainly in terms of personnel and economic. Part of the analysis is also a brief analysis of the permissible juristic forms and the most suitable option evaluation. The analysis is smoothly followed by the project part. This describes transformation of MDZ into limited company and appraises the benefits and ha-zards of this transition.
