Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje syntéze 4-(N-ferocenylaminomethyl)-thiofen-3-boronové kyseliny, FcTBA, s použitím výchozích látek 3-formylthiofen-4-boronové kyseliny a aminoferocenu. Dále se práce zabývá interakcí FcTBA s modelovým cis-diolem, sorbitolem. Za tímto účelem bylo použito elektrochemického měření cyklické voltametrie. Abstract:
This thesis is dedicated to the synthesis of 4-(N-ferrocenylaminomethyl)-thiophene-3-boronic acid, FcTBA. 3-formylthiophene-4-boronic acid and aminoferrocene were used as reagents. Next part describes the electrochemical study of interaction between FcTBA and model cis-diol, sorbitol. Cyclic voltammetry was used for this purpose.
