Criminological aspects of domestic violence
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na domácí násilí z pohledu kriminologie i trestního práva. Cílem této práce je čtenáře seznámit s problematikou domácího násilí a poskytnout jim důležité rady. V práci se tedy budu zabývat pojmem domácí násilí a jeho druhy, pachatelem a obětí. Poslední kapitolu věnuji prevenci, která je podle mého názoru velmi důležitá a mělo by se o ní více diskutovat.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on domestic violence from the point of view of criminology and criminal law. The aim of this thesis is to intouce the reader with the issue of domestic violence and give them important advice.
