Changes of Immigration Policies in Liberal Democracies since 2001
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá změnami přistěhovaleckých politik od roku 2001 do současnosti (2010) v zemích, které řadíme do kategorie liberálních demokracií. Teoreticky staví na výzkumu A. Baršové a P. Barši a jejich verzi "národních modelů přistěhovalectví". Změna politik a jejich možná konvergence je zkoumána na případech USA, Francie, Německa a Izraele.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the changes of the immigration policies since 2001 till 2010 in the countries that can be labeled as liberal democracies. The thesis is theoretically based on the study by A. Baršová and P. Barša and their comprehension of "national models of immigration". The changes of the policies and their eventual convergence are studied on the cases of USA, France, Germany and Israel …more
