Abstract:

Má diplomová práce na téma ?Vztah penologie a penitenciaristiky? se v první kapitole věnuje analýze pojmů penologie, penitenciaristika. Vymezuje základní pojmy nezbytné pro zpracování daného tématu. V dalších kapitolách se věnuji historii vězeňství na českém území od nejstarších záznamů až po radikální transformaci vězeňského systému. Teoretická část mé práce zahrnuje terminologické a historické východiska. Zabývá se penologií, jako výchozím oborem pro penitenciaristiku, na což navazuje současný stav penitenciární praxe v České republice. Všímá si činností jednotlivých zaměstnanců věznice, kteří podílejí na penitenciární péči, kontinuální péčia postpenitenciární péči. Součástí práce je výzkum, který zjišťuje odborně teoretické znalosti zaměstnanců VS ČR v oblasti penologie a penitenciaristiky.

Abstract:

My diploma thesis "Relationship penitentiari and penology" in the first chapter devoted to the analysis of concepts penology, penitentiari. It defines the basic concepts necessary for the processing of the topic. In the following chapters is devoted to the history of prisons in the Czech Republic from the earliest records to the radical transformation of the prison system. The theoretical part of my work includes terminology and historical background. It deals with penology, as the starting field for penitentiari, which builds on the current state of penal practice in the Czech Republic. Notes the activities of individual prison employees who participate in the penitentiary care, continuous care and after-care. The work is research that identifies the theoretical knowledge of professional staff in the Prison penitentiari and penology.
