Determining the status of playgrounds in Liberec, their accessibility and suitability of the location

Abstract:

Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá dítětem a jeho vývojem, vztahem ke hře, volnému času, pohybové aktivitě a k přírodě. Dále v teoretické části najdeme stručný popis města Liberce a vysvětlení důležitých pojmů pro bakalářskou práci. V neposlední řadě se v teoretické části nachází také teorie dětských hřišť. V praktické části se zabýváme zjištěním stavu dětských hřišť v Liberci, jejich zhodnocením a vhodností lokace. Úkolem je zdokumentovat veřejná dětská hřiště ve městě Liberec a dle vytvořených kritérií zjistit jejich stav. Na závěr je vše sjednoceno a na základě koncentrace dětí v základních sídelních jednotkách města Liberce vyhodnoceno, kde je dostatek a kde potřeba dětských hřišť.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis concentrates on a child and its development, the child's relationship to a game, free time, physical activity and nature. Furthermore, the thesis includes a brief description of Liberec and an explanation of important terms of the thesis. And last but not least the theoretical part discusses the theory of children's playgrounds. The practical part of the thesis concentrates on the determination of the state of the playgrounds in Liberec, their assessment and the suitability of their locations. The aim of this work is to document public children's playgrounds in Liberec and, according to prepared criteria, ascertain their state. At the end everything is summarized and evaluated on the basis of the concentration of children in main residential units of the city of Liberec, where there is enough playgrounds and where there is more playgrounds needed.
