Anotácia:

Služební poměr příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů se řídí Zákonem č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Tato bakalářská práce se bude výhradně zaobírat vznikem a zánikem služebního poměru, základními povinnostmi příslušníka, kázeňskými odměnami a tresty a také doby služby, služební pohotovostí a služebního odpočinku. V praktické části byla vytvořena SWOT analýza, která představuje silné, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby práce u Policie ČR jak ve služebním, tak pracovním poměru. V závěru práce jsou tyto dva poměry mezi sebou srovnány.

Abstract:

The service relationship of members of the security forces is governed by Act No.361/2003 Coll. This bachelor thesis will exclusively deal with the establishment and termination of the service relationship, the basic duties of the member, disciplinary rewards and punishments, as well as the period of service, on-call and rest. In the practical part, a SWOT analysis has been developed which presents the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of working for the Police of the Czech Republic in both service and employment. At the end of the thesis, these two ratios are compared with each other.
