Diplomová práce se zabývá rozkladovými komisemi v českém právním řádu a veřejnosprávní praxi. Cílem práce je analyzovat teoretická východiska a jejich aplikací ministerstvy a jinými ústředními správními úřady. Druhým cílem je přiblížit problematiku laické veřejnosti. Diploma thesis deals with remonstrance commisions in the czech legal order and public administration practice. Goal of the thesis is analyze teoretical background and its aplication by ministry and another central authorities. Second goal is bring topic closer to the publics.
