Professional stress and its effect on the health of healthcare professionals
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku profesionálního stresu a jeho vliv na zdraví zdravotnických pracovníků. Cílem mé práce je zmapovat míru stresu u různých povolání a pozic zdravotníků a zjistit jejich zdravotní stav. Dalším cílem je vytvoření návrhů na prevenci a snížení možných negativních dopadů stresu na zdraví.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the issue of professional stress and its effect on the health of healthcare workers. The goal of my work is to map the level of stress in various professions and positions of health professionals and find out their health status. Another goal is to create proposals for prevention and reduction possible negative effects of stress on health.
