Srovnání kvality bankovních služeb ve vybraných bankách

Comparison of quality bank services in choice banks
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je srovnání podmínek, za kterých banky zřizují a vedou běžné účty svým klientům a služeb, které s nimi přímo souvisí. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů. Druhá část obsahuje výčet běžných účtů a služeb bankami nabízených a v závěru je uvedeno jejich srovnání.
Abstract:
The goal of the bachelor thesis is comparison of conditions banks for opening and maintaining current accounts to their clients and services, which banks provide to current accounts. The first part is concentrated to explain terms. The second part contains enumeration of current accounts and services, which banks offer. And in the final part is showen their comparison.
