Abstract:
Mezi nejrozšířenější formy podnikání patří obchodní společnosti. Tyto společnosti jsou právnickými osobami, které se zakládají za účelem podnikání a dosažení zisku. Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou jedné z nich - komanditní společností, jež se řadí mezi osobní obchodní společnosti a je nejméně využívanou formou obchodních společností.
Abstract:
The Business companies belong among to the most widespread forms of the business enterprise. These business companies posing as a legal entities and are founded in order to carry on business and to make profit. This thesis is focused on legal regulations of one of them – limited partnership, which belongs to the personal companies and is one of the least common forms of companies.
