Teoretická část práce obsahuje kapitoly s klinickým popisem demyelinizační nemoci roztroušená skleróza mozkomíšní. Teoreticko-speciální část popisuje běžné denní činnosti, typy skóre k jejich hodnocení a následný výběr testu pro hodnocení aktivity u těchto pacientů, tj. Test funkční soběstačnosti. The theoretical part consists chapters describing the clinical demyelinating disease of multiple sclerosis. The theoretical-special section describes activities of daily living, types of scores for evaluation and subsequent choice of tests for assessment of activity of these patients, i.e. the Functional Independence Measure.
