Cílem práce je vymezit rozsah autonomie vůle v mezinárodním rozhodčím řízení v české procesní úpravě a stanovit limity, které musí být respektovány. Po úvodním vymezení povahy řízení a pojmu mezinárodního rozhodčího řízení navazuje výklad týkající se procesních norem z pohledu teorie a následně konkrétních pravidel českého právního řádu.
