Teoretická část práce popisuje bioanalytické systémy se zaměřením na enzymatické biosensory s elektrochemickým převodníkem, jejich funkcí a přípravou. Jsou popsány enzymy používané ke stanovení glukosy a sacharosy ve vzorku a úloha jimi katalyzovaných reakcí v detekci těchto sacharidů, jejichž stručná charakteristika je také zmíněna. Abstract:
The theoretical part of the thesis describes bioanalytical systems, focusing on enzymatic biosensors with electrochemical transducer, their function and their preparation. The enzymes used for detection of glucose and sucrose in the sample are described, as well as the role of the catalyzed reactions in relation to detection of these saccharides.
