Tématem mojí práce je metodika vyšetřování sexuálních trestných činů. Cílem mojí práce je charakterizovat trestné činy proti lidské důstojnosti v sexuální oblasti, popsat typické způsoby páchání trestných činů, motivy sexuálních trestných činů a stopy typické u sexuálních trestných činů. Abstract:
The topic of my work is the method of investigation of sexual criminal acts. The aim of my work is to characterize crimes against human dignity in the sexual field, describe to typical ways how crimes are committed, the motives of sexual crimes and the traces typical for sexual offenses.
