Female Characters in the Trinidadian Novel
Abstract:
This thesis explores the female characters in the trinidadian novel. I deal with four novels written by Trinidad-born authors of Indian origin. In their works I compare the main female characters with the aim of finding the similarities of the various depictions.I found out that the women in the novels have similar characters due to their similar backgrounds and limited experiences.
