Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zásahových žalob ve správním soudnictví. Vymezím v ní pojem nezákonný zásah ve veřejné správě a srovnám ho se správním rozhodnutím a nečinností. Rozeberu úpravu řízení o zásahových žalobách a zohledním vliv judikatury nejvyšších soudů. This thesis deals with the topic of the administrative actions against unlawful interference. In the thesis I will describe the concept of the unlawful interference and I will compare it with the administrative decision and inaction. I shall analyse the laws concerning the complaints against unlawful interferences including the influence of case law. I will also compare the proceedings of these complaints …more
