Teoretická část se zabývá rozborem pojmu stavební pozemek a jeho funkcí z pohledu katastru nemovitostí. Dále se věnuje metodám ocenění stavebního pozemku a podrobně zkoumá metodu porovnávací. Zmiňuje také cenovou mapu a specifika Středočeského kraje. Praktická část rozebírá klíčové faktory ovlivňující hodnotu pozemků. The theoretical part deals with an analysis of a building lot concept and its function from the point of view of the Cadastre of Real Estate.
