Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany ohrožených osob před domácím násilím. Popisuje vznik a aplikaci nově zavedeného právního institutu vykázání násilné osoby ze společného obydlí. Charakterizuje interdisciplinární spolupráci jako nedílnou součást ochrany ohrožených osob

My thesis is focused on defining the problem associated with domestic violence on the basis of criminal law. There is new law in the Czech Republic about the protection against domestic violence. According to the law the police can displace the brute from his cohabited place of living for several days. The thesis describes the origin and the application of the law.
