Child whit Downs complex in the family and response surroundings

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na genetické postižení zvané Downův syndrom. Je rozdělena na dvě části. Na část teoretickou a na část praktickou – výzkum-nou - kvalitativní. První polovinu teoretické části, jsem věnovala objasnění pojmu Downův syndrom – jeho historii, projevům, co je Downův syndrom, příčinám vzniku, jeho charakteristickým znakům, nemocem spojeným s Downovým syndromem, men-tální retardaci, která je spojená s tímto onemocněním. Ve druhé polovině teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na rodinu a jejími formami, prenatální diagnostikou jedince, sdělení diagnózy, na adaptaci rodiny a přátel na skutečnost, že se narodilo dítě s Downovým syndromem. Ve třetí části mé práce- kvalitativní se zabývám výzkumem, který se zaměřil na rodinnou anamnézu, kterou jsem analyzovala z lékařských dokumentací. A v neposlední řadě kazuistiku jedince a rozhovor se členem rodiny.

Abstract:

My Bachelor Thesis is focused on the affair of genetic disablement called Down syndrome. Thesis is divided in two segments; primarily the theoretical and latter the prac-tical – investigative – qualitative. The first half of the theoretical one deals with clarifying of the term Down syn-drome; its history and showing, the fundamental of Down syndrome, the symptoms of origin and its characteristic signs, the diseases related with it and the mental retarda-tion connected with this illness. The second part of theoretical segment is concentrated on the family issue and its forms, the prenatal diagnosis of individual, the notice of anamnesis, the adaptation of family and folks on the fact that a child was born with Down syndrome. In the final part of thesis – the qualitative one is considered an investigation dealing with family anamneses, which has been analyzed from the medical evidence and last, but not least the casuistry of individual and dialogue with a family member.
