The application of 6S tool in company Donaldson
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací metody 6S do prostředí výroby, konkrétně do společnosti Donaldson. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky metody 6S a jsou zvoleny cíle práce. Praktická část popisuje aplikaci jednotlivých kroků metody 6S na pracoviště společnosti. Závěr obsahuje srovnání vstupní a výstupní analýzy.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with application of 6S methods in a production environment, specifically to Donaldson Company, Inc. The theoretical part describes individual steps of 6S method and targets of thesis are chosen. The practical part describes aplication of each step of 6S method at production workplace. Conclusion contains a comparison of input and output analysis.
