New approaches to formation of alpha-synuclein’s fibrils and their intermediates in Parkinson’s disease
Abstract:
α-synuclein je protein, který hraje důležitou roli v patologii Parkinsonovy nemoci. Agregace a fibrilace α-synucleinu jsou považovány za důležité pro rozvoj nemoci. Proto se práce zabývá faktory, které mohou buď podporovat nebo inhibovat proces agregace.
Abstract:
α-synuclein is a protein playing an important role in pathology of Parkinson's disease. Aggregation and fibrillation of α-synuclein is considered important in the developement of the disease. Therefore the theses is devoted to the factors, which either increase or inhibit the aggregation process.
