The thesis deals with the possibility of criminal punishment of so-called "cyber-fighters" for freedom under the Czech Criminal Code and their comparison with illegal terrorism. This includes an analysis of the provisions of § 313 of the Criminal Code and an assessment of its possible restrictive interpretation in relation to the protection provided by it to foreign states.
