Bakalářská práce analyzuje a charakterizuje současné podmínky pro podnikání v pohostinských provozech ve Francii. Zaměřuje se na podmínky pro vstup do oboru pohostinství (legislativní, ekonomické a materiální podmínky) a na podmínky regulace provozu (hygienické požadavky, regulace kouření, podávání alkoholických nápojů, provozní doby a přehrávání hudby). Bachelor thesis analyses and characterizes the current conditions for entrepreneurship in hospitality establishments in France.
