Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá prevencí bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví a požární ochrany v gastronomickém provozu. Zadání cíle je definováno jako zdůvodnění legislativní povinnosti a význam BOZP a PO v gastronomickém provozu a zaměření se na rozsah a cíle školení dle právních dokumentů.
