Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá studiem akustického signálu u spektroskopie laserem buzeného plazmatu. Studium bylo provedeno především za úče-lem ověření základních vlastnosti signálu a vlivů na jeho průběh a intenzitu s ohledem na jeho plánovaného následného využití jako referenčního signálu při mapování. This work deals with the study of the acoustic signal in laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. The study was performed primarily to verify the basic properties of the signal and the effects on its course and intensity with respect to its planned subsequent use as a reference signal in element mapping.
