Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady o účetních závěrkách” je hlubší analýza této směrnice (2013/34/EU) a jejího vlivu na účetní výkaznictví v Evropě. Práce nejdříve poskytuje ucelený přehled vývoje evropských snah o harmonizaci účetnictví, jejichž výsledkem přijetí této směrnice bylo. Dále jsou rozebrány jednotlivé součásti směrnice se zaměřením na alternativy, které směrnice členským státům nabízí. Možný vliv některých z těchto alternativ (tzv. Member State Options) na srovnatelnost výkazů je demonstrován na zjednodušených modelech. Vybrané aspekty transpozice jsou zkoumány a porovnávány na příkladu České republiky a Francie.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis „Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financial statements“ is a thorough analysis of this directive (2013/34/EU) and of its impact on European accountancy. First, the European efforts to harmonize accounting rules the outcome of which the implementation of the directive has been, are summarized. Next, the individual parts of the directive are analysed with a focus on the alternatives that it provides the Member states with. The potential influence of these alternatives (i. e. Member State Options) on the comparability of the financial statements is illustrated using simplified models. Selected aspects of the transposition in the Czech Republic and France are examined a compared.
