Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce charakterizuje způsob přeměny obchodní společnosti. Je zaměřena na podrobný rozbor náležitostí a nutné legislativní kroky při přechodu obchodní společnosti z právní formy "společnost s ručením omezeným" na právní formu "akciová společnost".
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis describes the transformation of a company. It is focused on detailed analysis of pertinences and necessary legal steps in case of the transformation of a business company from legal form „Limited Company“ to „Corporation“.
