Abstract:

Diplomová práce rozebírá systémem pomoci obětem trestných činů v České republice. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základní pojmy z této oblasti, definuje vědní disciplínu viktimologii, viktimogenní faktory, situace a viktimizaci. Vymezuje pojem reviktimizace, vysvětluje pojetí oběti a rozděluje ho dle základních typologií. Důležitá je ta část práce, která se zabývá dopady trestného činu na oběť. Další kapitola zobrazuje systém pomoci obětem, který funguje v České republice. Tady jsou rozebrány zákony, které upravují pomoc a ochranu obětem trestných činů. Důležité je seznámení s psychologickými zákroky Policie ČR a se spoluúčasti Probační a mediační služby ČR při střetech mezi pachatelem a obětí po trestném činu. Velice důležitá je pomoc nestátních neziskových organizací, které pomáhají obětem trestných činů, zde je uveden Bílý kruh bezpečí jako organizace, která pomáhá obětem v celé republice. Na teoretickou část práce navazuje část praktická, ve které je stanoven cíl, základní hypotézy a nástroje šetření. Je zde využitý rozbor právního textu, metoda popisná a systematická. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky šetření.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis describes a system of assistance to victims of crime in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis focuses on the basic concepts of help, defines discipline called victimology, victimogenic factors, victimogenic situation and victimization general. In addition, this work defines the concept of revictimization, the concept of victim and divides it according to basic typologies. This work also deals with the impact of the crime on the victim. The second chapter describes a victim assistance system operating in the Czech Republic. Here are the laws that deal with the victim support and assistance of victims of crime. In the next part this diploma thesis introduces us to the psychological intervention of the Police of the Czech Republic. It also introduces the participation of the Czech Probation and Mediation Service in the interaction between the perpetrator and the victim after the crime. The non-state sector is represented by non-governmental non-profit organizations helping victims of crime. This shows the organization "Bílý kruh bezpečí" as an organization that helps victims of crimes with nationwide influence. The theoretical part follows the empirical part, which sets the objective, the basic hypothesis and describes the tool of the investigation. The analysis of the legal text is used here, the descriptive method and the systematic method are also used. At the end of this diploma thesis are summarized the results of these research.
