Táto práca rieši problém zdieľania projektových znalostí prostredníctvom návrhu nového systému projektového riadenia pre rozširujúcu sa spoločnosť, využitím metodiky PRINCE2. Abstract:
This thesis solves the problem with the project knowledge sharing by developing a new project management system for an expanding company, adopting the PRINCE2 methodology. Using the gap analysis and interview with the head of the project managers we identified defi-ciencies of the current project management system.
