Assessment of the integration of customs and tax administration
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na posouzení integrace celní a daňové správy. Popisuje členění a kompetence celní a daňové správy. Důvody změn fungování celní a daňové správy. Dále změny v kompetencích a činnostech celní správy po vstupu ČR do EU a přistoupení k Schengenským dohodám. Vystihuje silné a slabé stránky obou organizací a navrhuje konečné řešení postupu sloučení celní a daňové správy.

This work is aim at opinion on integration customs and tax administration. Describe division and authority customs and tax administration. Reason change functioning customs and tax administration. Far change in authority and activity administration of customs after entry ČR to EU and go up to Schengen agreement.
