Tato diplomová práce se zabývá určením rozhodného práva pro dědické poměry s přeshraničním prvkem. Popisuje a rozebírá základní instituty kolizní metody ve vztahu k dědickému právu. This diploma thesis focuses on determining the applicable law for a succession with cross-border element. It describes and analyses the basic principles of conflict of laws rules in relation to a succession law.
