Diplomová práca hodnotí a analyzuje finančnú a nefinančnú situáciu podniku XY, a.s. za obdobie rokov 2010 – 2014 a následne navrhuje zlepšenie postupov, ktoré ovplyvňujú trhovú hodnotu vybraného podniku a jeho dlhodobú prosperitu.
