CTHRC1 je sekretovaný protein, který se účastní několika signálních drah, jako jsou například WNT/PCP, WNT/β-kateninová dráha, TGFβ, ERK a NFκB. Vlivem na tyto dráhy CTHRC1 indukuje buněčnou a tkáňovou polaritu, buněčnou motilitu, invazivitu a tvorbu metastází v řadě různých nádorových onemocnění. Abstract:
CTHRC1 is a secreted protein involved in multiple signalling pathways such as WNT/PCP, WNT/β-catenin, TGFβ, ERK and NFκB. By influencing these pathways, CTHRC1 promotes cell and tissue polarity, cell motility, invasiveness and metastasis formation in numerous cancers.
