Commercial development with modern structured products on the financial market

Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce je vývoj obchodu s moderními strukturovanými produkty na finančním trhu. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat, posoudit a srovnat možnosti využití strukturovaných produktů na finančním trhu. Neustálým nárůstem obchodních transakcí na mezinárodní úrovni stále vznikají nové formy investičních instrumentu, které vznikají na základě přání a požadavků investora. V první kapitole diplomové práce se autorka obecně zaměřila na investiční produkty, na jejich charakteristiku a dělení. Podrobněji se věnuje finančním derivátům. V druhé nejrozsáhlejší kapitole se autorka věnuje moderním strukturovaným produktům, hlavně jejich základní charakteristice, rozdělení do dvou velkých oddílů a to na pákové a nepákové produkty. Dále se věnuje základním parametrům moderních strukturovaných produktů. Autorka také poukazuje výhody a rizika finančních produktů. V závěrečné kapitole diplomové práce se autorka věnuje cíli, analyzuje možnosti využití vybraných finančních produktů. A na závěr uvádí doporučení nejvhodnějších finančních produktů na základě předem stanovených parametrů.

Abstract:

The topic of the dissertation is the development of modern trade in structured products in the financial market. The goal of this dissertation is to identify, judge and compare the possibilities of structured products in the financial market. Continuous increase in transactions at the international level is still creating new forms of investment instruments which arise on the basis on wishes and requirements of the investor. In the first chapter of the dissertation, the author generally focused on investment products, their characteristics and classification. She devoted in detail on financial derivatives. In the second largest chapter the author described the modern structured products, especially their basic characteristics, divided into two large sections on the lever and not lever products. She also described the basic parameters of modern structured products and also points out the benefits and risks of financial products. In the last chapter of the dissertation is author devoted the goal of the dissertation. She analysed options of using selected financial products. In the end she is recommended the most the most appropriate financial products on the basis of pre-defined parameters.
