Nursing Clinical case a patient with a fractured neck femur

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči u pacienta se zlomeninou krčku kosti stehenní. Díky zkušenostem a praxi získaných na chirurgickém oddělení a informacím, které jsme měly k dispozici při zpracování naší práce bylo zjištěno, že péče o tyto pacienty není jednotná. Na základě těchto informací jsme si daly za hlavní cíl práce vytvořit jednotný doporučený postup, který umožní zkvalitnit ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty s touto diagnózou. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii femuru, typům zlomenin, a představení nejpoužívanějších typů osteosyntéz. V části praktické, jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky u pacientů s operační metodou léčby a pacienta s konzervativním typem léčby. Hodnocení získaných informací vychází z funkčního modelu zdraví Marjory Gordonové, na jejichž základě jsou stanoveny aktuální a potencionální diagnózy k prvním dnům hospitalizace. Ošetřovatelský standard ke sjednocení péče ošetřovatelského týmu v péči o pacienty se zlomeninou krčku kosti stehenní se nám podařilo vytvořit. V současné době je jako řízený dokument v elektronické podobě úspěšně používán v nemocnici Chomutov.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care for a patient with a fractured neck femur. Thanks to the experience and practice of the surgical department and obtained the information that we had available when the processing of our work, it was found that caring for these patients is not uniform. Based on this information, I could create a main goal of the work the recommended single post that will allow to improve nursing care for patients with this diagnosis. The work is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is dedicated to the anatomy of the femur, fractures, types and performance of the most popular types of osteosyntez. In the practical, are handled by two case reports of patients with surgical method of treatment and patient with conservative treatments. The evaluation is based on information obtained from the functional model health Marjory Gordon, on the basis of current and potential are established diagnosis to first days of hospitalization. Nursing standard to unify care nursing team in the care of patients with fractured neck femur, we managed to create.
