Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahy mezi Československem a Francií v letech 1936-1938 od nástupu Lidové fronty ve Francii v roce 1936 až po podepsání Mnichovské dohody v září 1938. Nejdříve je představen kontext vzájemných vztahů do sledovaného období. Práce shrnuje také nejdůležitější zahraničně-politické aktéry obou zemí, kteří se zde střídali ve funkcích. Samostatná část se pak věnuje vzniku Lidové fronty ve Francii a jejímu vlivu na zahraniční politiku Francie. Cílem práce je nejen popis vzájemných vztahů, ale také zhodnocení francouzského vlivu na československou zahraniční politiku v rámci vzájemných vztahů a na směřování k mnichovskému podpisu prostřednictvím jejich analýzy, kdy se práce věnuje také multilaterální spolupráci v rámci Malé dohody a projektů středoevropské integrace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the relations between Czechoslovakia and France in the years 1936-1938 since the beginning of the Popular Front in France in 1936 until the signing of the Munich Agreement in September 1938. Firstly, the context of mutual relations in the period under review, was introduced. The work also summarizes the most important foreign-political actors of the two countries, who have alternated in positions. A separate part is devoted to the creation of the People's Front in France and its influence on the foreign policy of France. The aim of this thesis is not only description of mutual relations, but also appreciation of the French influence on Czechoslovak foreign policy in the context of mutual relations and direction towards the Munich signing through their analysis, when the work is also devoted to multilateral cooperation within the framework of the Little Entente and Central European integration projects.
