Variability between thigh and shank during gait

Abstract:

Chůze je přirozená lokomoce lidí. Variabilita chůze se může lišit u osob bez pohybových obtíží a s obtížemi. Znalost pohybové variability u osob bez pohybových obtíží může napomáhat při konfrontaci s patologiemi chůze. Cílem práce bylo posoudit variabilitu mezi stehnem a bércem během chůze u osob bez pohybových obtíží. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 10 mužů (věk 25 let ? 3 roky, váha 70 kg ? 18 kg, výška 182cm ? 16 cm). Z výsledků vyplývá, že v sagitální rovině je průměrná variabilita pohybu kolenního kloubu při chůzi v počátečním kontaktu: 44,84 ? 11,30; stádiu zatěžování: 7,08 ? 0,97; středu stoje: 8,26 ? 1,05; konečném stoji: 7,90 ? 1,22; a předšvihové fázi: 5,04 ? 1,29. Ve frontální rovině je v počátečním kontaktu: 44,84 ? 11,30; stádiu zatěžování: 42,43 ? 12,21; středu stoje: 55,15 ? 12,25; konečném stoji: 67,23 ? 35,29 a předšvihové fázi: 59,28 ? 44, 46. A v transverzální rovině v počátečním kontaktu: 25,72 ? 1,66; stádiu zatěžování: 30,46 ? 0,46; středu stoje: 42,04 ? 1,26; konečném stoji: 29,80 ? 1,25 a předšvihové fázi: 22,06 ? 1,17. Výsledky mohou v CDLP nápomoci ke konfrontaci zdravé a patologické chůze.

Abstract:

Gait is a natural locomotion of the people. The gait variability could be different at persons without movement problems and at persons with movement problems. Knowledge of the locomotion variability can be instrumental for comparison gait of people with pathology of movement and persons without motion problems. The aim of the study was to assess the variability between the thigh and shank during walking at persons without movement problems. In this study participated 10 men (age 25 ? 3 years, weight 70 kg ? 18 kg, height 182 cm ? 16 cm). The results shows that in the sagittal plain is the average variability of the knee joint movement during initial contact: 44,84 ? 11,30; loading response: 7,08 ? 0,97; mid stance: 8,26 ? 1,05; terminal stance: 7,90 ? 1,22; and pre swing: 5,04 ? 1,29. In frontal plane - during initial contact: 44,84 ? 11,30; loading response: 42,43 ? 12,21; mid stance: 55,15 ? 12,25; terminal stance: 67,23 ? 35,29 and pre swing: 59,28 ? 44, 46. And in transversal plane ? during initial contact: 25,72 ? 1,66; loading response: 30,46 ? 0,46; mid stance: 42,04 ? 1,26; terminal stance: 29,80 ? 1,25 and pre swing: 22,06 ? 1,17. The results can be helpful in the CDLP to comparison of the normal and pathological gait.
